The Emergency Solutions Grant Program can pay for first month’s rent, security deposit, and utility deposit for eligible participants to move into permanent housing.

In order to be eligible for assistance, participants must be literally homeless (camping, sleeping in a vehicle, staying in a shelter or staying in a hotel paid for by a charitable organization) or facing eviction.

Availability of funding is limited, first come, first serve basis.
